Being prepared for a career involves more than just picking up technical skills or obtaining a degree; it involves having a set of abilities, attitudes, and behaviors that assist individuals make the move from school to the working world. Student's Role in Career Readiness: Self-evaluation: To identify their interests, strengths, values, and professional goals, students should reflect on themselves. Making wise career decisions requires having a solid understanding of oneself.
